The company's management practices take into account law no. 138/1994 on private limited companies, the company's articles of association and rules of practice. The company's board of directors takes the "Corporate Governance Guidelines" into consideration in its work and fulfils them in all essentials, despite the fact that the company is not required to follow the guidelines according to the law.
