Our People
We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive company with over one third of our staff hailing from outside Iceland, an outstanding 16 nationalities in total. Our homegrown and foreign talent work closely with Air Traffic Navigation industry experts to create solutions far beyond our borders.
Although we share a singular mission in our company, our talents outside the office are diverse from hiking and rock bands to baking and cycling, to name a few.
Diversity
Time flies. We have been creating and maintaining Air Traffic Control systems for over 20 years! Our solutions cover airspace in the North Atlantic and in the Far East to help millions of travellers reach their destinations safely each year.
Our location in the middle of the Atlantic gives us a strategic edge in understanding air traffic in the largest air space, and ability to design efficient systems connecting continents.

We have our origins in the University of Iceland and maintain a close relationship with the community. You'll find us front and centre at Framadagar, an annual event at the university where students and leading Icelandic company representatives mingle and network. We hope to see you there!
